Get started with a pen and filter straight into a cartridge using 13mm PES filters. The kit is based on Pen Starter Kit, but adds PES filters, additional syringe barrels, and 5/8″ needles that are attached to the filter.
Vent filters – five additional 13mm PES filters – offered as optional add-on.
This kit supports up to 5 reconstitution and filtering cycles.
The kit contains:
- 2x Hospira BAC water – 30mL
- 5x 3mL Pen Cartridges
- 5x 3mL Luer-Lock Syringe – 25g, 5/8″ (16mm)
- 5x Hypodermic Needle – 25g, 1.5″ (40mm)
- 5x Hypodermic Needle – 30g, 1/2″ (12.7mm) used for venting (when filling the cartridge)
- 20x Pen needles – 31g, 8m
- 5x Pen needles – 31g (length may vary but typically 8mm) used for purging air from the cartridge
- 10x Alcohol Prep Pads
- 5x Syringe Barrel 3mL
- 5x PES Filter – 13mm, 0.22um
- 5x Hypodermic Needle 25g, 5/8″
Optional add-on: 5x 13mm 0.22um PES filters for vent needle
